When looking at purchasing a vacation property 3 hours away I wasn’t sure how it would work but he set up and took us to look at all the properties we had been considering, got us a purchase price that was a $25k loss to the seller, made another teip up for the inspection and took care of everything else and kept us informed of everything along the way.
